🕒 Order Processing Time

• Production Time: Each item is made to order. Our production partners typically require 2–3 business days to fulfill your order.

• Note: Production times may vary based on product type, order volume, and fulfillment center workload.

🚚 Shipping Times

• Domestic (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after production.

• International: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.                                                                             

📦 Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• You can track your order status through the carrier's website or by visiting our Order Tracking Page.

🔄 Lost or Returned Orders

• Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly. If the issue persists, reach out to our customer support at sigmarebelsfashion@gmail.com.

• Returned Orders: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
